     It all began with John Pilkins who dreamt of starting something completely new. He established Pilkins Group, LLC, a company dedicated to finding solutions and providing great services.

     Ron Davis has been a licensed real estate agent since 2012.  Licensed in both Maryland and Washington DC, began his real estate career as a residential real estate agent. His commercial real estate experience began when John opened the Pilkins Group in 2015 and found he preferred working in commercial real estate.
